90% Customer Satisfaction After Rapid Scheme Onboarding

In August last year, Rightpath Claims took on a new scheme in need of service recovery from another outsourced claims provider, once onboarded, overall customer satisfaction quickly rose back up to remain consistently above 90%.

Furthermore, calls have also remained consistently within SLA, with claim responses occurring within a 4 day turnaround.
